Filtration System
- Single mode enables the loading of wet or dry material with no changeover required.
- 60 snap-ring type, acrylic-coated filter bags
- Top of unit provides easy filter access for filter bag changeout, and a large access door on the side of the baghouses allows for quick removal and clean up.
- One (1) large cyclone with large passageways to reduce air restriction and make maintenance quicker
Collector Body
- 18 cubic yard payload capacity
- Constructed of 1/4" thick steel throughout entire body and filter chambers.
- Body dumping is achieved by one heavy-duty, telescopic double-acting cylinder that provides a 51° dump angle. The body, baghouses and separator chamber hydraulically raise together, allowing for quick unloading of material.
- Full opening tailgate with two lift cylinders. The hydraulic tailgate latching system is liquid tight and prevents leakage in case of hydraulic malfunction. Latches and hinges are fully adjustable.
- Collector body is warranted for one year against defects in materials or workmanship. Consult factory for complete warranty information
