Ejector Plate Debris Unloading

Camel’s Unique Ejector Plate Technology and Innovative Super Pak Dewatering System Result in Added Convenience and Savings!

Unlike any other combination unit on the market today, Super Products’ Camel sewer & catch basin cleaners offer a patented ejector plate unloading system that scrapes the body clean for fast, thorough debris removal and washdowns.

The Camel unit discharges the payload via a full diameter hydraulically operated ejector plate, or pusher plate as it’s sometimes referred to. The result of the technology is maximum separation of solid and liquids as well as complete removal of all material from the collector body. And since there’s no need to raise the collector body to unload, debris removal can be done in areas where a traditional dump body may be limited due to overhead obstructions. Additionally, operators will find the collector body much easier to clean out.

The Camel’s ejector plate system relies on a maintenance-free, marine-type hydraulic cylinder that provides a simple, effective method of discharging the load. Its adjustable wear pads feature stainless steel adjusting hardware that allows adjustments to be made quickly and easily.

Coupled with its ejector plate technology, the Camel’s Super Pak dewatering system can greatly reduce time and costs associated with debris removal. Utilizing the Super Pak feature, Camel operators can easily move the ejector plate with the rear door closed to speed up the draining process and squeeze out up to 98 percent of the liquid before going to the dump site. The dryer loads mean fewer trips to the dump, which in turn translates into increased productivity and reduced fuel costs.
